What do I need to do?

To request the High Grade Service:

Submit a communications line request form. This form contains the technical information we require to place an order with our service provider.

If you have any technical questions relating to the High Grade line that you wish to discuss before placing an order you can contact the BSC Service Desk (bscservicedesk@cgi.com) directly. Once we receive the order form, we will confirm the charges associated with the line you have chosen and place an order with the service provider.

How long does the order take?

It is at this point that the 60WD turnaround time to install a line in the UK begins. The time taken to install HG lines in Europe is dependent on the exact location and can be discussed at the point of order.
