If you have any technical questions relating to the Low Grade line that you wish to discuss before placing an order you can contact Market Entry (market.entry@elexon.co.uk). Once we receive the order form we will place an order with our service provider.

How long does the order take?

Once we receive the order we will usually process the request in no more than 5 WDs.
