What do I need to do?

Once we have received your High Grade order request form, we will send you a prevalidation form.

Submit the prevalidation form. The prevalidation form provides us with the installation information required to raise an order with our service provider.

On this form you can also select the line type you require, for further details on the lines available and the associated charges please refer to the Schedule of specified communications charges for international and non standard line request charges will be quoted on application. If you have any technical questions relating to the High Grade line that you wish to discuss before placing an order you can contact the BSC Service Desk (bscservicedesk@cgi.com).

How long does the order take?

It is at this point that the 60WD turnaround time to install a line in the UK begins. The time taken to install HG lines in Europe is dependent on the exact location and can be discussed at the point of order.
