SVA Qualification is designed to provide assurance that companies entering the market have developed their SVA systems and processes to a sufficient standard.

Applicants perform a self-assessment of their systems and procedures against BSC requirements embodied within the Self Assessment Document (SAD), which is then reviewed by the Qualification Service Provider (QSP) The SVA Qualification process is documented in Section J of the BSC and in BSCP537 .

What do I need to do?

You should firstly contact the performance assurance team to initiate the SVA Qualification process. They will arrange for a planning meeting to be held where you can discuss the requirements to complete SVA Qualification.
