Things to consider before starting the process

As well as the ELEXON market entry processes, there are a number of other industry requirements to consider:

Suppliers are required to apply for a licence from Ofgem, you can contact the Ofgem Licensing team on 0207 901 7133.

Suppliers are required by their Supplier license to sign and comply with the relevant industry codes/agreements, you can find contact details of the code and agreement administrators on the Ofgem website.
